The Leftover Sabotage

Destroy excess food so you literally cannot eat it later.

We are conditioned to 'save food,' which often leads to grazing on leftovers. The unethical move? If it's not a planned meal for tomorrow, pour dish soap on it or throw it in the outside bin immediately. Better in the trash than on your waist.

Execution Tips

  • Do this *immediately* after serving your portion.
  • If it feels wasteful, buy less food next time (financial lesson learning).
  • Soap is the best deterrent because it ruins the smell.

Cautions

  • This feels wrong at first. That's the sunk-cost fallacy talking.
